23 Jun Korea Pavilion Set To Present Its Featured Programs at Summer Fancy Food Show 2015

Korea Pavilion to enhance the show experience by featuring 30+ Exhibitors, live cooking demonstrations and samples, and its premier buyer program.

Korea Pavilion is set to feature at 2015 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City. As the largest showing in the U.S. to date, the Korea Pavilion this year will be presenting 30+ leading Korean specialty food and beverage brands, live cooking demonstrations with food samples, and the Premier Buyer Program. Altogether, this year’s Korea Pavilion is ramping up to be an excellent opportunity to learn about diverse array of unique food and beverage products as well as a great chance for food retailers and insiders to see how the eclectic tastes of Korea can be incorporated into their customers’ next meals.

The recent growing popularity and demand of Korean food has been undeniable with leading U.S. retailers making shelf space for various Korean food and beverage products. To build on this trend, the Korea Pavilion is set to feature a wide spectrum of different signature cooking demos each day, representing examples of both tradition and modern Korean cuisines that has been professionally crafted to cater western tastes. Offerings will include Korean BBQ tacos with kimchi and cheese on a tortilla, aglio e olio pasta with Alaska Pollock roe & seaweed, pre-made ginseng chicken stews, yuza citrus vinaigrette salads topped with seaweed crouton, fried rice with diced sea cucumber and black bean sauce; honey pumpkin yam dessert shooters, rice cakes spread with honey chili paste and more.

“As the distinct tastes and health benefits of Korean food continue to be recognized in the global food and beverage community, we are excited to host a large number of visitors at our Pavilion this year,” stated Hyungon Shin, President of aT New York, the key host of the Korea Pavilion. “It is also my hope that thru the live demo sessions utilizing our exhibitors products and the Premier Buyer Program, our pavilion visitors will enjoy an enhanced overall experience, and increase their awareness in the eclectic tastes and variety Korean food has to offer.”

In addition to the demo stations, the Korea Pavilion is providing its Premier Buyer Program service for the first two days (June 28th- 29th) to qualified industry insiders who wish to connect with the exhibitors in a more private and focused setting. This exclusive program will offer an opportunity for insiders to develop strong relationships with exciting suppliers, and develop new market opportunities through receiving deeper insight into the various products. Food and beverage buyers and industry insiders can sign up and schedule a meeting at their convenient time. Those of interest will also receive continuous assistance with finding Korean food and beverage suppliers of their interest beyond the exhibitors at Fancy Food Show if desired.
